Cheese Crescent Triangles

This is good for a snack, you can share them, or keep them all to yourself.

The ingredients I used for this recipe were...

4 ounces of tomato-basil feta cheese, finely crumbled

2 tablespoons of finely chopped green onions

1 egg well beaten

1 can (8 ounces) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Steps...

1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees farenheit

2) In a small bowl, mix ogether the feta cheese, the green onions, and 3/4 of the beaten egg

3) Unroll the crescent rolls, seperate into 4 rectanges

4) Spread out the 4 rectangles to be 7 1/2 by 5-inch rectangles

5) Cut the rectangle with a knife, 3 lines vertically and 2 lines horizonatlly, to make 6 individual squares

6) Top each square with a well-rounded portion of the feta mixture set aside earlier

7) Fold Dough over mixture and press edges down to seal

8) Brush on remaining egg

9) Sprinkle lightly with parmesan

10) bake in oven for 9 -11 minutes

11) Let them cool and enjoy
